Renting Out Your Week

If you’d like to request to rent out your timeshare week, simply download the Rental Request Form below and email the completed form to info@millstreamfarm.co.za.

Levies and Fees

Levies cover the costs of maintenance, administration, and general upkeep of Millstream Farm.
2025 Levies: R11 845 per week owned for the year.
Conservation Fee: R255 per vehicle, per week.

Important Notes:

Levies must be paid for any weeks banked with RCI.
Payments can be made via direct deposit or credit card (Visa and Mastercard only).
For direct deposits, please email proof of payment to info@millstream.co.za.
For Pro-forma invoices, contact the resort directly.

Change in Check-In/Check-Out Days

Starting 31 January, all check-ins and check-outs will move to Friday to Friday. The last Wednesday check-out will be on 29 January.
