BANKING

There are no banking facilities available in Dullstroom, except ABSA and FNB ATMs. However, should you wish to make use of online banking facilities, Wifi is available at selected spots.

CELLPHONE RECEPTION

Cell phone reception varies from cottage to cottage.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES

The check-in time is 14h30 for 15h00 on the afternoon of your confirmed arrival.
The check-out time is 09h30 for 10h00 on the morning of your confirmed departure unless your written confirmation states otherwise. There is a charge of R200 per hour or part thereof for late check-outs after 10:00 on the departure date.

DAY VISITORS

Guests staying on the farm may entertain their day visitors, but day visitors or their hosts are required to pay a non-refundable fee of R50 per car per day or part thereof, on arrival at reception. Day visitors are NOT permitted to fish but may use all other facilities available on the farm.

DOCTORS AND OTHER HEALTHCARE SERVICES

There is a pharmacy in Dullstroom, however, there are no other health services available. The closest recommended doctors are in Lydenburg (Mashishing) which is a +/- 55km drive away.

DRONES AND UAVs

Drones and any other UAVs are NOT permitted at Millstream Farm.

FIREWOOD

Firewood, charcoal, firelighters and matches are available at the reception area and the security gate.

GATE AND ENTRANCE FEE

There is a nominal fee of R255 per vehicle, payable at the reception area (Only Visa or Mastercard are accepted).

LINEN

All linen and fresh towels are provided once a week. Should you require a linen change, this must be arranged in advance, and a nominal fee is charged per room.

MOTORCYCLES

Motorcycles are NOT permitted at Millstream Farm. Should you wish to, you can park your motorcycle at the entrance gate at your own risk. The entrance gate is approximately 1.6 km from the nearest cottage.

OVER OCCUPATION

Please note that the number of beds in your unit indicates the number of people allowed to occupy the unit (this includes children of all ages). If extra people have spent a night on the farm, you will be charged with a substantial penalty.

PARKING

There are partially covered parking bays, two at each of the five-bedroom cottages and one at the one and two-bedroom cottages.

PETS

No pets are allowed at Millstream Farm.

ROADS

There’s approximately 500m of gravel road after turning off the R540 before entering the farm. There are concrete strip roads on the farm. NO OFF-ROAD RIDING IS PERMITTED.

KEYPAD SAFE

Each cottage has one small keypad safe for valuables.

SECURITY

The farm is generally considered to be very secure, and the main gate is manned 24 hours a day. However, to assist in preventing any incidents, we advise the following:

• Do not leave your cottage unlocked when you go out or retire for the night.
• Do not leave any valuables lying around and lock them in the keypad safe.
• Due to the new firearm act, we are unfortunately not permitted to keep firearms in the office safe.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE COTTAGES

Millstream has a limited number of wheelchair accessible cottages the only cottage not accessible by wheel chair is cottage 22 and please note the 4 & 6 sleeper cottages, the bedrooms are upstairs. Should you require one of these, please contact the resort on 013 253 9910, and they will endeavor to accommodate you. Please note there is no guarantee of there being a wheelchair accessible cottage available.
