Millstream Farm has been a Share Block Company for over 30 years.

What is a Share-Block Company?

We are a non-profit company, with ±750 shareholders.
Each shareholder holds either 1 or more shares, which allows them take occupation on Millstream Farm annually.
There is no major developer who owns the resort.

When you purchase a share(s) at Millstream Farm, you are only required to pay a maintenance levy, once off transfer fee and a gate conservation fee annually and a once off share transfer fee.

As an owner, you also have the opportunity to contribute to Millstream Farm. The Millstream Farm Board is made up of non-executive directors elected from and by the owner base. This means that Millstream Farm is run by the owners, for the owners.

You can purchase either a floating (a.k.a. modular) week or a fixed week.

1 Share = Right of access to a specific week in a specific cottage each year
Total of 1300 Shares

To buy a share you DO NOT need to:

Earn points
Attend any sales presenatation
Belong to a vacation club
Pay broker fees

FIXED WEEK

Same week, every year, where week 1 is the first Wednesday of the year. This means that your week will vary slightly from year to depending on the first Wednesday of that year.

FLOATING (MODULAR) WEEK

These weeks are in a 13 week cycle in the 4 quarters. They move forward 1 week each year, within the quarter. In year 14, the cycle restarts.
